1:1 Coaching
The work done one-to-one goes deepest.
Structured coaching that builds from where you are to where you need to be.
Every engagement starts with the ELI — an individual energy assessment that gives both of us a precise picture of how you show up under pressure, what fuels you, and what's costing you. Sessions build from that foundation.
Available at any stage of The Path. Stage 01 coaching includes six sessions with the ELI. Stage 02 and Stage 03 engagements are scoped on the first call.
Engineering Manager
Six sessions. ELI assessment included. Structured around the four dimensions of Stage 01.
EM to Director
Scoped on call. ELI 360 available. Focused on the transition in scope, not just seniority.
Director to Chief
Scoped on call. Board presence, strategic leadership, and building what comes after you.
Workshops
For the organisations that want to keep their best people.
Delivered in-house, for groups of up to eight engineering leaders.
Stage 01 workshop content is available for organisations running their own leadership development. Topics are drawn from the same eight areas as the pathway — adapted for a group setting, designed to be run with a team.

Enquire about a workshopAbout Mita
She has been the person you are right now.
Developer. Engineering leader. Product manager. Director. Chief Product and Technology Officer. Mita has held every role on this path, across multiple organisations, over 25 years. She built True Path because when she needed this work most, it did not exist.
She is an iPEC Certified Core Energy Coach and ICF ACC. That combination is deliberate — technical credibility and coaching depth in one person who has occupied the seat you are in.
Mita is also a lecturer and coach at the CTO Academy, where she works with technology leaders completing the Digital MBA for Technology Leaders. It is the same cohort, the same challenges, the same questions — brought into the room.
